Underwater Multi-function Working ROV has very powerful function by adding different layer parts,layer part includes manipulator cutting part,cleaning grinding part,track part,submachine detectin part,which is used in different kinds of underwater working projects,such as the ship inspection,repair and detection etc.
1.Equipped with 5 axis manipulator cutting layer part,achive cutting function.
2.Track part,achive inspect function in the bottom of the sea.

||5 axis manipulator and hydraulic cutter, hydraulic cutter can cut 30mm diameter soft ropes,manipulator can equip HD analog camera and 15W LED light to assist the work,cutting manipulator can cut 40mmdizmeter steel cable.

||Cleaning polishing part size:1500*900*300mm,110kg,Zero weight in the water.The grinding mechanism can be rotated 45 degrees around the axis, and the grinding head can be extended by 100mm in the grinding direction, which can be automatically compensated during the grinding process.
|Track walking part
||The track unit size is 1300*900*350mm and 95kg. It has a gravity of 20 kilograms in the water. The track is made of rubber, travel speed 0-20m/min. Front two cameras and two 15W bright LED lights, observe the bottom situation.
|Submachine detection part
||The size of the sub-machine unit is 1300*900*370mm and 108kg. The host unit of a single underwater robot cannot observe the holes with small diameters, and the sub-machine can be released into the holes for observation by carrying the sub-machine unit. Equipped with HD analog camera and 15W highlighted LED light, it is used to observe the retractable situation of the sub-machine and the cable.
This ROV has been used in the Luoxidu Plant in Sanxia,are greatly welcomed by our customers,to do the underwater exploration,underwater salvage,underwater work,underwater cutting,underwater detection,underwater sampling.
